* Question: What subjects do you write?

Answer: I have specialized in topics from the fields of paleontology, archeology, history, society, nature and science.

*

Question: You are known primarily for their thick books on the prehistoric times, Stone Age and Bronze Age, which appeared in C. Bertelsmann. What else do you have published from the question of science?

Answer: Apart from Germany, in primitive times, Germany in the Stone Age, Germany in the Bronze Age, dinosaurs in Germany (the latter title with Raymund Windolf) are: records of old, records of early man, monsters on the track, Archaeopteryx, The Ur-Rhine, cave lions, saber-toothed cats, cave bear, Nessie, monkey man, sea monster.

* Question: What prompted you to write some paperbacks in the research field of company?

Answer: I wanted to write not just about plants and animals but also about interesting people. Here I have biographies of famous women are particularly fascinating. Result of this enthusiasm are the following paperbacks: the 14-volume paperback series about "super women" from history, religion, politics, economy and transport, science, medicine, film and theater, literature, painting and photography, music and dance, feminism and family, sports, fashion and beauty, media and astrology, and the songs super women from the wild west, queens of the skies and queens of the dance. *

question: Did we forget something that you write to?

Answer: Yes, at times it itches me to write aphorisms. Many of them have already been published in books, paperback books, in newspapers and on the Internet. The best known is: the Internet offers endless crap, but the rest is not half bad.

*

author Vanessa manure has a soft spot for vampires

interview with writer Vanessa manure from Essen, author of "Renegade - Chronicles of a Vampire"

Question: Many authors first write short stories, have you also started this way?

Answer: Not exactly. Although I have participated in two short-story competitions, but that I made when I was working in parallel on my novel. Fortunately, the effort was worth double, because both stories have been published in anthologies or are.

*

Q: Renegade - Chronicles of a Vampire "is her first novel, how long did it?

Answer: About a year if you count the countless revisions.

*

Question: And what drew you to write just a vampire novel?

Answer: I have since my childhood a soft spot for vampires and I must admit that I had since 2005 a story in my head, but I'm kinda in 2009 came to finally write down everything. And it has become somehow different than I had planned to start.

*

Question: Were you inspired by the latest bestsellers?

Answer: I think it partially certainly is. Currently, there are a number of books in which it is about vampires and love, but I still have not presented my personal touch. I hope you like the readers, even if I do not reinvent the wheel, but that was not my intention, because I like the "classic" Image of the Vampire and Bram Stoker's Dracula is one version of still one of my favorite stories.

*

question: Are you planning a sequel?

Answer: Yes, there will be another part to which I am already working.

* Question: Do you have any other novels, where you work?

Answer: At present I am concentrating on my current book project, of course. However, I have some other ideas in my head that I might achieve in the near future.

elephants motorcycle tour along the German border

Cologne (interview-weblog) The Cologne photographer and "Iron-Butt" motorcycle driver Ralf Voigt plans for the summer of 2010 a memorable elephant Motorcycle tour along the German border. Together with his sociality Helene Hoffman, he collects money for the German Cancer Aid. The following is an interview with him, courtesy of Lilli Cremer-old currency - will be published - http://pressetextekostenfrei.blogspot.com .

*

Question: Mr. Voigt, ten states, nine neighboring countries, 5000 km in three weeks - the whole fun even on a motorcycle. And raise money for the German Cancer Aid. No holiday, but an addiction 2010th What motivates you?

Ralf Voigt: As the name implies: the limit experience (s), which we will hopefully make it. This trip, especially since it was on a motorcycle has not done before, so many uncertainties that they can not list and that makes the thing in itself is exciting. We are also looking forward to many new contacts that will result from it.

*

question: How did you come up with the idea of wanting to experience Germany in this way?

Ralf Voigt, riding a motorcycle is our common hobby and we take most of the year - but usually only day trips to the Eifel or to Belgium and Luxembourg. Now we wanted to do something different and be on the road longer. When it came to planning considerations such as "from Iran to Dubai," or "about France to the southern coast of Spain" - all really great opportunities. But suddenly we noticed that even here we know in our own country does not stop there - and what could be more natural to develop such a trip? It will give us at least the same variety and excitement and that was the reason for the launch in July, even relatively certainly take place in good weather.

*

Question: Your CV shows that you especially love the unusual. Only last year did you spontaneously "Iron-Butt" tour planned and realized you are 1,000 miles - 1,600 kilometers - in 24 hours by Germany and have traveled to the U.S. award, Iron Butt deserves'. How do you explain your preference for the adventure?

Ralf Voigt, riding a motorcycle can be addictive ...

*

Question: Kölsch rock group, Hoehner has him already - now you have him: the KÖLSCH PASS. Each border town on your way to be to perpetuate it stamped. So interested motorcyclists your route carefully and descendants benefit from your experiences. Will you be other suggestions on this trip if you are back in Cologne?

Ralf Voigt: Yeah, a lot. On the one hand, we draw the route by using two navigation system on meter accuracy and can, therefore later all who are interested - make available and on the other hand we will publish a great illustrated book that will present all the highlights - even non-motorcyclists.

*

Question: You still are in the midst of preparations for this trip. Some cities are already planning a special Welcome for you and Ms. Hoffman. Since everything is running smoothly - or are there still unmet needs?

Ralf Voigt: Yes we do, of course, consistently good weather, a breakdown and accident-free driving and a lot of readers on our home page or fans on our Facebook page (including this page with the title there borderline experience 2010). Last but not least, we gather so go for the German Cancer Aid - that we wish for many, many donations, because cancer is an addiction.
